This is the website for the 1st Tackley and Heyford Scout Group. We provide fun and activities for young people from ages 6 to 18 years and meet weekly on Wednesday during term time here at Tackley Village Hall:

Beavers 5:45 – 7:00pm for 6 – 8 year olds.

Explorers meet on alternate Thursdays at various venues and are for those aged 14 to 18.

Subscriptions are currently £25 per 12 week term payable at the beginning of the year or in three instalments.
We carry out a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities aimed at achieving badges and awards.
We also need the help of parents on the Group Executive Committee which is responsible for the finances and administration of the Group. The Committee meet about four times a year as well as arranging the Annual General Meeting.
